The Silent Customer has been working with Leo and his teams at the Green Olive for three years. I can honestly say that it is a challenge for any restaurant to achieve an average score of over 85% for a mystery customer audit but the Green Olive consistently deliver on food, ambiance and service. They have improved their scores year on year and now average 90%!
